i have a dvd movie that i want to make a quality gif from, and i’ve done all of the frame/snapshot/screenshot/gimp stuff. i was wondering, though, if there was a software at all where it could take the snippet from the dvd you want to make into a gif and do it for you without all of the snapshotting, etc? i remember seeing software like this somewhere but i can’t remember the name.
it doesn’t have to be freeware, p.s.

You can use adobe premier and export the video to an image sequence.
