Now, this isn’t an item that you can wear or do anything with, except sell. What happens is, when this item is sold, Gaia executes a script that’s contained within the custom item. This script credits your account with the “2% closing fee” for that item. I tried to get it to work for the entire value of the item, but Gaia apparently has some sort of blocker against that in an attempt to stop scripts such as this. Apparently, the closing fee exploit has yet to be blocked. Sadly, this only works for items up to 5 million gold, which gives you 10000 gold (2% of 5 million). The even worse news: THIS DOES NOT WORK FOR ALL ACCOUNTS. So far, it has only worked for half of my accounts. I believe this has something to do with whether or not the account owns certain items, but I can’t be sure. I am unsure as of when the website will be launched publicly, but feel free to leave comments until then.
