Firstly, you have to download apple iTunes from (www.apple.com/itunes/download )then install it on your computer
Secondly, run apple iTunes and add your MP4 video to apple iTunes Movies Library(Click Movies –Click File menu and choose Add File to Library),then the video will be add to the Movies Library
Thirdly, use the Apple iPod USB device to connect computer and apple iPod ,then choose the video to upload to apple iPod. The video will be added to apple iPod video fold automatically
