First, you’re going to have to go into the bathroom or stand in the shower (good sound qualities) and practice sounding like Morgan Freeman. Lower the register of your voice. Listen to how Morgan Freeman says things. Does he clip his words (cut them off sharply at the end)? Does he slur certain groups of letters? Etc. At least 90% of getting the quality of someone else’s voice is training what nature gave you, not expecting miracles from software.
My cousin-in-law was in radio and did voice-over and he naturally speaks very precisely and very clearly. Practice reading out loud. If it feels like your mouth and tongue are doing weird things (moving around too much), you’re doing it right;-) Note: while well-read script sounds good on film, TV and radio, it’s difficult to listen to someone in person who speaks precisely because they don’t slur the letters when they speak. Most of us would say: “ar ya goin’ t’thu stor?” but they’ll say it perfectly, pronouncing what should be pronounced.
Once you get close to Freeman’s tonal qualities, use Audacity to tighten it up. Use the pitch and speed plugin in the Effects menu. When you lower the pitch too much, it makes time changes to the audio so you need a plugin that will also allow you to increase the speed as you lower the pitch.
