Question by MT: How to use DVDFab Decrypter, then place file on iPOD video nano?
Hi, I’ve been using DVD Decrypter along with 3GP_Converter to convert DVD movies into MP4 files for my iPod video nano, and PSP.

Every once in awhile I’m not able to decrypt a dvd, and since it’s no longer being updated, it makes sense that it can’t sometimes handle the newer stuff.

Is there anything else out there that’s similar to DVD Decrypter?

I’ve recently tried to use DVDfab Decrypter, but it breaks up the movie into several sections, and I have no idea how to merge those files into one. I’m not familiar with the settings, so maybe I’m doing something wrong. Have been selecting the ‘main movie’ option, and haven’t been able to find any useful tutorials. I would love to find a step by step tutorial, on how to use DVDFab then convert the files for use with the iPod. Or anything similar that’s freeware.

iPod only supports videos in mp4, H2.64 video format. If not, you may try some third party software. There are some free video converters for iPod, such as Videora, SUPER. They are free, but always do the work without the good performce. Nowadays, there are so many similar not free ipod converteres in the market. You should try your best to choose the best one. I recommend Cucusoft DVD to iPod Video Suite to convert DVD movie and convert videos in any format to iPod. It is the fastest converter I have used. You can download this software free from here
