Im have a movie ideal and I want to turn it into a book first then make it a movie. You know double the money lol. I don’t know how to write a book or a script. I just have a ideal of what its about and what happens but, what step to take? Can you sell the book ideal and get them to help write it or something?

Do NOT sell your idea if you expect to help to write the story. If you sell the idea, the buyer will completely own your idea and you will then no longer be able to do what you want with the idea. People are often greedy like this.
Instead, you could write the story yourself. Then find an editor and publicist that will help you to put the final touches on the story and have the book published. If someone discovers the book and likes the idea, you will receive film offers. Which is good because the idea will still be yours and you can give them permission to create the movie. It is up to them, however, to let you help in the making of the film.
