I cannot think of the name of this movie?

Question by Bailey’s Mommy: I cannot think of the name of this movie?
It wasn’t a very high budget movie I don’t think, very gruesome movie, as well. Uhm, about a young girl who works at a vet’s office, she randomly kills people and takes their body parts to start making a doll so she’ll have a friend. She has a lesbian experience with the girl she works with (the chick from scary movie, anna farris) and then gets jealous when she shows up at her (Anna farris’s) house and there is a stripper there, so she measures her neck and says she is making her a dress. She meets some guy who makes gruesome movies for art school and she kisses him and bites his lip so hard he bleeds and freaks out on her. At the very end of the movie she has all the parts for her doll save for one eye, so she stabs it out of her own head with scissors. I saw it about 5 years ago but I cannot remember the name or any of the actors except for Anna Farris.
