what knowledge is required to convert old b/w films in to color films?? what courses/books can help me to do this, are there any available in india? i also want to learn how editors of movies add special effects in to a movie, how do they edit a movie, using what softwares? and what courses/books can help me to learn this

it s done by programme called photo shop with high degree of graphics
