First off, I have Windows 7 64-bit Ultimate OEM Edition.
I made a sound clip with Sound Recorder saved in wma format. I have a picture injpg format. I want to make a movie in a format that I can upload to YouTube. Offhand, I don’t know what format that would be. This movie would be as long as my sound clip and would only show one picture throughout the entire thing. How would I accomplish this? Any freeware?

You can download ‘Windows Live Movie Maker’ from here:

– Install it to your computer.
– Open Windows Live Movie Maker
– Then when you have Windows Live Movie Maker opened up, click ‘add photos and videos’.
– Then click the picture that you want to use.
– Then click ‘Add music’ and click the sound clip you want to use.
– The sound clip should stretch to as long as your picture is but if the sound clip is a bit longer than the duration of the picture, you’ll have to click ‘edit’ under ‘video tools’ at the top of the screen and click the drop-down arrow on the right of ‘duration’ and click the number of seconds you want the picture to go for. And if the sound clip is SHORTER than the picture, do the same thing but lessen the number of seconds.
– When you’re done editing the picture and sound to fit, click the button on the left of home.
– Click ‘Save Movie’ then click ‘For Computer’
– Then when it’s finished saving, upload it to Youtube.
