i am making a website. and i want to know: if i put movies on my site (like, movie movie’s [i.e. WALL-E] and i put a disclaimer in the footer saying that i am NOT the Copyright or Producer(s)
would i run into any problems?

It really depends on how the copyright holders & your host react. By putting a movie on your website regardless of the disclaimer, it is in fact breaking the law. You probably wont run into many problems, but remember that something could happen if you’re not too careful.
