If I remove the sound from a movie can a good policeman specialized in computers put it back?
Question by Cristi P: If I remove the sound from a movie can a good policeman specialized in computers put it back?
I have filmed some robbers stealing money from a shop across the street(live into an apartments block) but on the recorded clip appear my voice and my mom’s voice. What I want is to remove that sound for good, because don’t want to be an eyewitness to go in court (the robbers look too scary and don’t want to enter in contact with them and to find out who filmed them). I live into a country where the police can sometimes make mistakes and want to feel safe.

Even if you were to edit it out, police to such extensive research on supposed “films” of the crime taking place and they WILL find out that you did that and it will only make you more suspicious. Just leave it the way it is.
