or go straight into the filmmaking world without having any money… btw i am a senior in high school.

Don’t think about the money, yet. Start making scripts for screenplays now, and then try to get them sold in college so when you graduate you get more respect and reference when applying for jobs in the film industry.

Write prolifically, that’s about it. Although, I know that’s the hardest part.
