I’m looking for a manga that I’m pretty sure was made into an anime. I don’t remember the name but what I remember is…

A group of really hot guys go live in a house together, the only problem is that they have to make the the landlady’s niece into a proper lady.
The niece though is only into dark scary things, like horror movies and has a few anatomy dummies as friends.
And the landlady is scary and only after rich men, says that if they turn her neice into a lady they can stay in the house for free (or half off or something).
I’ve been in the mood to watch/read this again, can someone tell me what it is called.
