In sims 2 how do you convert a communtity lot into a residential lot?

Question by Megan: In sims 2 how do you convert a communtity lot into a residential lot?
I just started making sims 2 movies and i got a hospital and wanted to convert it to a residential lot so that i could make my sims live there to film the movie. how do you do it and/or can you even do it? pleease help

you have to bulldoze the lot. when you click on the house icon on the left, there will be a picture of a bulldozer. click that, click the hospital, bulldoze it, then you’re good to go.

next thing you wanna do is (under the house icon) click the square icon. then you have different size lands you can choose from. click whichever one you want, place it on that piece of land (make sure your land size you chose is highlighted in green, not red).

after you do that, it’ll give you an option to make it residential or community. then you click residential and bada bing bada boom, you’re set.
