Is it legal for a company to fire someone to cancel an account when the customer asks? So the company rep reads there script that offers lower price and then free. They have to keep the person on the phone trying to sell, so maybe the user will get made and hangup. If they give in and cancel liked asked they will be fried and gave a bad record. Is this legal?
