Is it possible to make a good movie without camera panning?

Question by Justin: Is it possible to make a good movie without camera panning?
I hate panning in my films cause it goes by so fast and most inexpensive tripods suck at panning. Do you think a film would be horrible without panning scenes?

well no i don’t think so if you are good at editing. you can try some dolly shots or tracking shots just use a wheel chair and hold the camera steady. or you can make your own dolly platform with PVC tubes and a flat platform of some sort and add wheels to it to make it smooth.

just track along side your subject slowly and and then stop gently slowly as the subject exits the frame.
