I have determination, enthusiasm and will-power.
I have sufficient knowledge in Autodesk Maya and After Effects.
I also have all required softwares.
I just need to know whether I can make it or not…
Can I make it…awaiting your suggestions…

Determination can only get you so far. and the fact that you’re asking this question goes to show that your knowledge of Maya and After Effects is really limited. I’m sorry to say this dude, but a lot of people and a whole lot of work is put into making an animated movie like Wall-E.

Sure you might be able to pull off a short 5 minute clip, but it’ll begin fall apart on the sound effects/musical score/voice-overs section. and lets not forget, rendering could set you back by weeks if not months without a render farm.

if you still want to try, you could go for something less grand for a first attempt. plan out a good story board, make some sketches, read up on character animation and lip syncing. Animation is an art that has to be learned, its not about the software, it never is.
