My cellphone makes 3g2 files i’d like to be able to manipulate the way Movie Maker from Microsoft does to .mpg files. can i dub several together?

I found the following article that may be helpful:
“Most of the time you just can’t open 3G2 or 3GP in windows movie maker. The best thing to do is convert the 3G2 or 3GP files to something WMM does understand. I use Super to convert the files to WMV so Windows Movie Maker can understand it. If your going to be doing major editing you may want to convert the 3GP file to AVI.”

Update: I just had to do this myself and instead of Super I just used VLC which I already had installed on my computer. I was only interested in the video portion and VLC handled that but it coudln’t extract the audio for some reason. My phone is a Palm Treo 755p so the codec onboard the Palm may have had something to do with that.
