i need a program that will let me set up a scene , animate , and record to export. I have all my 3d stuff but no studio/program
i cannot use blender
mostly the most important thing i need is a program that will build a scene. and with camera manipulation

Well I know that for animation the best one is poser, it will not allow you to create new stuff, but it will help you to make interpolations and other usefuly things for animations. You may want to use also maya, I think that its better for creating stuff that you may then import to poser.
