Basicly i’ve been using a video converter tool called Xilisoft 3gp Video Converter 3, which allows you to drag n drop a series of video clips of any format, and then allow you to select the output format likewise. I’ve been converting 3gp clips from my Motorolla v3i razor phone, into wmv’s so i can make movies from these wmv clips on windows movie maker on xp. The problem is, the clips get trimmed down or shortened by say a few seconds. i.e a 35 second 3gp clip becomes a 31 second clip, a 9 second clip may become a 6 or 7 second clip so i loose valuable footage when i convert a 3gp clip to wmv. What i want to know is, is there any software out there which won’t do this ? or is there a way i can just make my own 3gp movies ? isnt 3gp just .mov files ? the resolution of my 3gp clips are 176 x 144 at max,setttings therefore if i can somehow make a movie of all these clips and have the output as 3gp WITHOUT losing valuable seconds – that would be great…sorry for going on a bit lol.
