You have an idea, and you want to give it away for free? That’s very generous of you.
Anyways, I’ve never heard of such a site where directors gather and listen to random people’s ideas. If you are serious and your ideas are good, you should try to find a director and “make a pitch”. You could hammer out the details and sell a concept, or you could go one step further and write a few scenes out in a script.
If you have it altogether, you might be able to sell this for some money. (But if you go this far, make sure to get a lawyer so you won’t get ripped off.)
