can anybody tell me please, is there anyone screenplay got people buy and produce the movie in Hollywood?? can that happen actualy?? is that true people will buy normal people script in hollywood? i have read many screenwriting books, and i have write a script. i just want to know is there any new writers script made into production in 2009?? because i am just working as a insurence agent, i write a screenplay in my free time, now its complete. can i sell that. is that posible can happen?? at least tell me is there any writers script like me made into production before???

New writers sell work in Hollywood all the time.

I’m guessing from your question that English isn’t your primary language. That’s not a bad thing. It will open different doors for you than for an English speaker. There are agents that specialize in non-English language representation. You can find them on IMDb.com (sign up for a free Pro account and then look at movies that are in the language you primarily speak and find out who the writers were. The writers will be listed, as will their agents. Contact the agent(s) and send them a query letter. I would recommend doing this in your first language, not English. No offense intended or implied, but your English isn’t all that … err … readable).

You can also pick up a copy of the Hollywood Representation Directory, but it lists primarily agents for English-speaking and writing writers. It may not be as much help as IMDb is.
