I am trying to start a production business with little money and im wondering is Windows Media Movie maker is good enough for recording and editing music video’s, ive been trying for an hour and I can get the video(which consist of lots of clips from footage) to match up with the audio I don’t know if its because if WMM or not enough experience.

Movie Maker is not sufficient for any kind of professional production. Try Adobe Director for a more proffesional toolset although you will have to pay for it (unless you want to go down the “pirate” route) and it will take some learning too.
