Japanese movie, does anyone know the title?

Question by wing: Japanese movie, does anyone know the title?
It’s about a death messenger who goes around to meet people when they are supposed to die and then he makes the final decision whether or not he/she dies. He has a dog who accompanies him. And he meets 3 people in this movie but they are all inter-related. The first a young woman, the second a young man and the third an old woman. Turns out the old woman at the end was the young woman and the young man, her son!
I really need the title! Its such a good movie but i cant remember the title. It’s a Japanese one. Thank you! 10 points would go to the correct answer!
