Review by ERIC MUNGENASTStaff Writer When I was collecting comic books as a kid, one of the titles I did my best to avoid (besides “Archie” and “Baby Huey”) was “Thor.” Part of the sidestepping was based on a preoccupation with “Spiderman” and the “X-Men” (I was a kid in the mid-90s whose only wish was to have adamantium claws), as well as DC staples like “Superman” and “Batman.”

Study: No Immediate DPW Savings
Combining the Village Department of Public Works with the Town of Aurora Highway Department would not necessarily result in immediate cost savings, but, according to Kent Gardner and Erika Rosenberg of the Center for Governmental Research, the plan âcould yield some efficiencies.â Gardner and Kent presented the results of their Consolidation Study to the Village Board at Mondayâs work session.
