Wales Postpones Action on Burfords’ Request
The Wales Town Board has tabled a request from business owners Jason and Jeni Burford to amend their Special Use Permit allowing for the opening of a small catering business on Big Tree Road known as The Hayloft in the Grove. The board delayed action, despite an impassioned and detailed presentation from the Burfords at a Feb. 8 public hearing.
