I’m not looking for anything too expensive, MAX will be perhaps 200 dollars
Want a software that makes professional looking videos unlike Windows Movie Maker

You could look into Sony Vegas [1]. It’s Sony’s line of video-editing software, and it comes in different flavors. Adobe also has their own line of video-editing software, called Premiere. It too comes in different editions. Most editions are extremely expensive, however, the one you probably want is Premiere Elements 9 [2], which is designed for consumers.
Those are two of the more powerful video-editing solutions available. I’m sure there are others, and perhaps others might be able to provide more information. One bit of advice, though: TRIAL the software before you make a decision to buy it! Good luck!
