I used to make a whole bunch of screen capture videos, and then i got a new computer, and i downloaded a screen capture software thing. i like it, but now i cant find any movie software thing online that can play back my videos. i must save the videos in AVI type, and no movie sofware will support that! so i need to find software that is free, and will allow me to cut parts of video out, and either it needs to allow AVI, or i will need to get a new screen capture software download. i just need some ideas of what to download. thanks.

The free version of videopad from NCH handles AVI files with ease.

if you want a player then go for VLC player.
