What makes professional movie able to have a crystal clear picture in the dark like in horror movies or in caves? And how much would an amateur movie maker have to spend on a camera to get close to this quality?

movies makers do not shoot in low light they shoot with really good filters so it looks like low light.
for a camera that shoots in very low light you will need a prosumer cameras at about $ 1500 +
