Question by …: Macbook Movie Making Questions?
I would like to know:

What external mics I can use for a macbook?
What editing software/programs I can install onto my macbook ?(do NOT tell me about IMovie, I’m looking for something a bit more professional!)

Please the mic under or around $ 100
Please the editing under or around $ 150

Audio Technica AT2020 USB – $ 125

Shucking off iMovie (which runs $ 79 as part of the iLife ’09 suite), Final Cut Express is the next most affordable and what I consider to the the most productive solution @ $ 199.
