Making a film with no experience?

Basically, I need help finding people to help me make this movie into something (Producers, Directors, etc,) who will make this dream happen without scamming me. How do I get in contact with them? Who do I call?

I write lots of stories and I love creating scripts, storylines, short videos, I love acting, I have talent. But I want to take it to the next level. I want to make these stories into independent films, and be in them. I want them to be made into something like “Wristcutters: A Love Story” or “City Island” or “Lymelife”.

The problem is I’m only 17, I’ve never had any experience with movie making except for little youtube videos, and I have no idea who to contact and who NOT to contact (scams, etc)

try to make some videos in the youtude specially, and release the information in the facebook.
