Michael J Peterson Showcase performances in Chicago May 2009

This video shows segments of my performances in Monologue (Flying Sheep by Monty Python), I Confess from Footloose the Musical as sung in the character of Reverend Moore, A cold reading of a commercial, and an improvisation I was given – selling Ben and Jerry’s Ice Cream. I placed in the top 5 for each event, and was awarded top awards in the vocal solo (Broadway category) and monologue. Many thanks to the group from Applause Rising Talent Showcase and Talent Fusion for believing in me, and prompting me to take my own performing serious once again, after all the years of directing and conducting.
