Is there a minimum age you have to be to make a movie that goes into theaters? If so what is that age?

Judging by the movies that come out now and such- they’re probably letting anyone that can say ‘Background, Sound, action!’, ‘Cut’, and ‘once more with feeling’ make a movie now a days.
The movie business is not like congress or a roller coaster, you don’t have to be 25 to run, and you don’t have to be |=====| this tall to ride. It does take schooling, experience and wisdom to make a movie.
