I know all movies seem to be different and such, but approximately how long does it take to complete a “blockbuster” movie?

1-2 years of filming, 1-5 months of editing, 1-12 months casting, 1-2 years marketing. That all adds up to about 2-4 years. I of course pulled this all out of my A55, but it sounds pretty logical to me.
