I think I know the answer – just making sure since it’s not in my textbook ..

Discuss whether the following is a violation of Title VII of the 1964 Civil Rights Act (protecting against any kinds of discrimination whether intentional or unintentional)

A film studio is making a movie about Africa and needs to employ approx 100 extras for this picture. The advertise in all major SoCal newspapers for the hiring of these extras. The ad states that only African Americans need apply.

They are exempt because they are a movie studio correct? How do I expand that in to 2 or 3 sentances?
