Question by Angela B: My boyfriend was arrested for trafficking but the script was in his name.?
Do you think they will drop the trafficking charge? I brought in his receipt for the bottle. He also got two sales charges for selling 5 oxy pills each to an undercover. I know he was dumb for doing this. what kind of time do you think he will get? He has one prior conviction from 2000 but not drug related. Please no judgement. Thanks!

It doesn’t matter whose name was on the script, he sold the pills and that is where he broke the law. If you’re smart you’ll find a new boyfriend that doesn’t do drugs.
