My sister and I are going crazy trying to figure this out. In the mid-nineties, there was a movie that had a funny scene where a mom threw her son a birthday party and all his friends and their moms are there. She hired a clown to entertain the kids and make balloon animals. As the mom is talking to another one of the moms, the clown turns to her and says “And this one is specially for you” and hands her a balloon he made that looked like a penis. We were just reminded of this today and are going nuts trying to figure out the name of the movie.
