I call it Diana’s law. Specifically it will make it illegal to take someone’s picture and use it in a media forum without the express written consent of the person being photographed. Exceptions to this would be at public functions directly related to the person’s career field like a movie premier, the academy awards. The Paparazzi are the lowest form of scum in the universe and people deserve to have a private life. It does not effect the freedom of the press in my opinion, you can still write what you want but making it illegal to stalk people and take their photograph to sell them would go a long way to giving celebrities a chance at a normal life. Also Princess Diana would probably still be alive today.
