Nugent, Lafata get 3 years in prison
By STACY LANGLEYTribune Staff Writer BAY CITY — A former Caseville area pharmacist and a former physician who worked at local hospitals were sentenced to prison time Wednesday in U.S. District Court for illegally distributing a controlled substance.
