Ok Roman Polanski is a convicted child molester,He fled the country before he was ever sentenced and has been moving from country to country to avoid being extradited I mean it says right in his bio:”He was arrested for the sexual assault of a thirteen-year-old, Samantha Geimer, that occurred the day before at the Hollywood home of actor Jack Nicholson.The girl testified that Polanski gave her both champagne and Quaalude, a sedative drug, and despite repeated protests and being asked to stop, he performed oral sex, intercourse and sodomy upon her A grand jury charged him with rape by use of drugs, perversion, sodomy, lewd and lascivious act upon a child under fourteen, and furnishing a controlled substance to a minor.”

The fact still remains he IS A CHILD MOLESTER is he not?
It was in 1977 a year after I was born,I heard about it here and there but when I saw that he has a new movie coming out “The Ghost Writer”. He was suppose to be sentenced On January 22nd of this year but he is still fighting it,and while they said he would not serve anytime when he 1st pleaded guilty to the “LESSER” charge, it still remains he had sex with a 13 year old girl,and I don’t see or understand how this man can be allowed to make a movie and be played in American movie theters.
Can someone give me an explaination on how the system works and how this scumbag can do this,and please don’t say something like “He’s rich and thats the way it is” or anything,I am looking for a real anserw cause, it bothers me,please feel free to leave you opinions along with your anserws and here is the link to his page if you want to read it for yourself.

No Danny Not “simple” that is what I am asking how can it be allowed? I know how he does It want to know how it can be over looked and not banned even I find more disturbing are the actors like Ewan McGregor who I respected that did the movie ,I mean that kinda lowers what I think of him.
