i want to make my voice higher and lower ( change pitch) without maker the video faster. is there anyway i can do this? thanks

I do not believe this is possible in Windows Movie Maker without installing addition third-party plugins that add more functionality.

Another way that you can accomplish your task, is by importing just the audio into audio editing software like Audacity [you can use software such as VirtualDub to extract the audio], and use some of its Effects and Plugins to modify the pitch. Then just import that as the audio into Windows Movie Maker, or you could Multiplex the Audio and Video together with VirtualDubMod.
