Park Forest theater operator charged with fraud
The flashy entrepreneur who promised to restore a Park Forest theater exited just as he arrived – as a con man. At least that’s what police say. Kenneth W. Arron, 48, of Lombard, was chargedWednesday with felony forgery, felony state benefits fraud, driving ona suspended license and operating an uninsured vehicle after a Mondaymorning traffic stop in Park Forest, police said.
