Most would be at odds with each other most of the time. The Tempter was now to face division and wrangle on every hand when he attempted to bond nations together against God’s Seed. Though Satan appeared to be equal to God at times, the Sovereign Lord ruled with almighty hand over all the affairs of His covenant with Adam and Noah, and none could stay His hand.
