ok first off its either set in london or somewhere in europe and possibly made there. and it from blockbuster video about no more than 10 years ago. and it possibly is a independent movie

ive seen it so long ago i cant really remeber but but it was about ateenage boy whose father is in prison. and him and his friend get into drugs 9selling them i think) the kid has hate for his dad i believe. and i remebr one scene where his mom tries to make him smuggle drugs in jail to his father i believe or maybe rthe mother did in her mouth and he gets pissed at her. i remmber either the son or father got jump out near that back of there house in a alley way like inbetween agrass feild with clothes lines. it was a good movie and that all i can remeber its very vauge i just know it was a about two troubled teesn and the main character had like a messed up family and they lived in like a ghetto in london.
ive looked up sixteen on the internet and found nothing. but i think that might be it can you help me with more details
