You will find Latios at level 50 if you are playing Pokemon Sapphire. ♥ After 179 Premier Balls, we catch it ^_^ ♥ If you’re wondering how I’ve used 179 premier balls when I don’t have that many in my inventory, that’s why you see ‘Loaded State 1’ – that’s the use of a Savestate from the emulator Visual Boy Advance.
