whenever i try to make a movie, i try opening up the video which is a Mp4 video and the programs won’t allow it, the program shuts down. Is there anyway i can like convert the video into a different type, or does anyone know a program to make movies with a Mp4 video… Please help

Please visit http://labs.divx.com to download Dr. DivX, and also pay a visit to http://divx.com to download the DivX bundle.
DivX is a well-known video format famous for good compression and good quality at the same time. Rest assured, there are no viruses in the DivX bundle or Dr. DivX (check Wikipedia if you don’t trust me).
Dr. DivX can convert from MP4 to Divx, and I’m pretty sure the DivX author included in the DivX bundle can edit DivX files pretty well.
More than that, Windows Movie Maker should be able to work with DivX files; at least, the Windows Vista version does.
See if you can download the more current version of Movie Maker from the Microsoft website.
