Question by thatszed: Am I only the one who is sick of hearing how “Gone with the Wind” is the top grossing movie ever w/inflation?
I mean, give me a break. The movie came out in the 1930’s. It was probably the only movie you could see at a theater. So of course it makes it ton when there are no other options. “Titanic” had to deal with 3-4 movies coming out every week, and just with time, it’s far more impressive how much “Titanic” made when people have so many more options these days.
