And also suggest me good software for making a video from pics . is windows movie maker best?

Some good relaxing music I could suggest would be Enya or you could browse through some other New Age artists, and maybe some classical composers such as beethoven and mozart.
As far as software I cant help you there, but windows movie maker is not the best., I can assure you that.
