In my story there’s a character named Xander who works at a movie theatre. That being said, some of the plot takes place at said movie theatre. There are several different movies mentioned so far in my story.
These are my questions:
Can you use the titles of real movies and discuss brief things that happened in those movies?
If you cannot use the titles of real movies, do you just make up a title or do you just not mention a specific title?

You can use real movie titles and plots like you’d use them in real life. So, yes. =)
