I happened upon and old rerun, and never could find out the title. I did not recognize any stars, but it was kind of fascinating psychologically.

A guy signs up with an agency, who fakes his death and then gives him plastic surgery and such, and he starts a new life. He is not allowed to make contact with anyone in his old life.

The agency makes their money from life insurance policies.
